NICEIC Approved Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) or Periodic Inspection Report (PIR) as it was formally known. We specialise in ensuring your business is fully compliant with both the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and the British wiring regulations 2008 BS7671.
02 / THERMAL
IMAGING INSPECTION
An infrared imaging survey is a non-disruptive method of identifying any potential causes for concern, some of which would otherwise go undetected. Thermal imaging can be carried out without the need for costly shutdowns and is a great addition to our Electrical Installation Condition Report.
03 / EMERGENCY LIGHTING INSPECTION
We offer full testing programs for all emergency lighting systems wether you require a monthly service or just an annual 3 hour test and inspection our experienced engineers can help. All sites will be issued with a log book which will be completed by our engineer or which can easily be completed by your staff if required.
04 / PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING
TES Compliance can ensure your portable appliances are safe and fully compliant for continued use. Our portable appliance test engineers are all NICEIC Approved and have many years experience working in a wide variety of sites including schools, hotels, hospitals and office building to name a few.
05 / INSTALLATION, REPAIRS, REMEDIAL WORKS
From extra sockets to the full rewire of your home or business.. Based in Crawley, West Sussex our engineers can assist you with your project whatever the size. In addition to our installation service we can also help with any remedial works that may be required as a result of an EICR.
06 / FIRE ALARMS & EXTINGUISHERS
A working fire alarm system is an essential requirement in any building, it is imperative that your fire alarm system is fully operational if and when a fire was to occur. TES have specialist fire alarm technicians available to test and maintain your fire alarm installation, in addition to this service we can also provide a fire extinguisher test and maintenance service.
